Privacy policy

What we collect

When you book a demo, we collect what you enter in the form:

• your name;
• your work email address;
• your agency's name;
• your province;
• your role;
• your message, if you write one.

When you visit the site, our analytics service, Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation), records how you use the pages: clicks, scrolling, and session recordings. It uses cookies to do this. The demo form and the confirmation that follows it are masked, so recordings do not show what you type. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Your IP address is also used briefly to protect the form from abuse, and is not stored with your demo request.

We do not collect payment information. The only cookies on the site are the ones Microsoft Clarity sets for the analytics described above, which Microsoft handles under its own privacy statement.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your demo request and arrange the demo.
• To understand how the pages are used, so we can improve the site.
• To protect the site and the form from spam and abuse.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for any purpose other than these without asking you first.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the site. They process personal information on our behalf, only for the purposes above, under contracts that require them to protect it:

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), which delivers our emails and keeps our contact list;
• Vercel Inc., which hosts the site;
• Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Clarity), which records how visitors use the site.

These providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the European Union and the United States. Information held outside Canada may be accessible to the courts and authorities of those countries. You can ask us about our use of service providers outside Canada by writing to the address below.

We may also disclose personal information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep a demo request for as long as we are in conversation with you and for up to two years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Analytics data is kept by Microsoft Clarity for its own retention periods and is not linked to your demo request.

How we protect it

We use service providers with recognised security practices, limit access to the people who need it to reply to you, and send information to and from the site over encrypted connections.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will reply within 30 days.
