Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of www.gettavelo.com (the "site"), operated by Exalto Ventures Corp. ("Exalto", "we", "us"), a company registered in Alberta, Canada, which operates Tavelo. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site

The site describes Tavelo and lets you request a demo. It does not give you access to the Tavelo platform. Access to the platform is provided only under a separate written agreement with an agency.

Information on the site

We describe Tavelo as it works today, and we keep the site accurate. The site is still general information, not an offer or a commitment to provide any feature, price or result. Figures on the site are dated and describe a specific customer at a specific time; they are not a promise of results for anyone else. What a customer receives is set out in that customer's agreement.

Your use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

  • interfere with the site, its security or its availability;
  • send automated or bulk requests, including through the demo form;
  • submit false information or someone else's information without their permission;
  • copy, scrape or reuse the site's content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Demo requests

When you request a demo, you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you are authorised to give it on behalf of your agency. We handle that information as described in our privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The site, its text, images, screenshots and design, and the Tavelo name and logo belong to Exalto Ventures Corp. or are used with permission. Customer names and logos shown on the site belong to those customers and are used with their permission. Nothing on the site grants you a licence to use any of them.

Links to other sites

The site may link to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we disclaim all implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Exalto Ventures Corp. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

Changes

We may change the site or these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the date at the top updated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Alberta have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the site or these terms.
