Each role grants permissions, including who may see costs, prices, margins, bank details and contact details, so a producer sees only its own orders, a forwarder only its own shipments, and a sales rep only the accounts assigned to them.

Impersonation, audited.
An administrator can view the portal as a user to help them. Every session is recorded, and any approval given during it records the administrator behind it.
An assistant that only reads.
The assistant is open only to the agency's leadership roles, and it can read but never change data.
